The shiitake is an edible mushroom, which is now cultivated and consumed around the globe.
In a 100-gram (3+1⁄2-ounce) reference serving, raw shiitake mushrooms provide 141 kilojoules (34 kilocalories) of food energy and are 90% water, 7% carbohydrates, 2% protein and less than 1% fat. Raw shiitake mushrooms contain moderate levels of some dietary minerals. Like all mushrooms, shiitakes produce vitamin D2 upon exposure of their internal ergosterol to ultraviolet B (UVB) rays from sunlight or broadband UVB fluorescent tubes.

A1: We are not trading company only. JunYuan food was developed from a farmer to be a company, with the experience of planting fungus for more than 20 years. Our factory is located in Zhangzhou city, Fujian province, China, covering area of 12,000m³, including growing region, area for cleaning, operarting area, area for sun-drying, area for packaging and warehouse area.

A2: Our main product is fungus mushrooms, including black fungus, snow fungus, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii, cordyceps flower and so on.
Q3: How do you keep foods fresh?
A3: We sell the foods according to the season. All of them are dried by sun, which could greatly guarantee the quality. Our factory was located in Zhangzhou, whose annual sunshine is about 2000-2300 hours. Zhangzhou is located in the subtropical zone,  and the climatic conditions are superior with plenty of sunshine. And we have 12000 square meter of area for forzen warehousing.
